Maggie and Armin (Wedding)

I had the wonderful privilege of shooting our friends Maggie and Armin’s Wedding at Pasadena in December along with Ben Vallejos (Armin’s Uncle from Oregon) . Ben is a nice guy and a great photographer, who I admired watching along with his wife Judi do their stuff when he was not busy attending to the wedding, since he was one of the sponsors. I was even a little intimidated (strange enough). My daughter Aleina, who was one of the flower girls, was adorable and very excited during the preparation, but then became very shy and clingy from the ceremony to the reception. She clinged to my wife, who was the maid of honor, the entire time. This made for some strange looking photos because Aleina (sometimes wrapped-up in her Pooh Bear blanket) would be in every shot (okay 95%) of the shots which included my wife. Sorry Maggie and Armin (and Percy).

The wedding was great, the families were nice, the emcees were fun and entertaining, and we were even surprised by Maggie and Armin doing a ballroom dance routine for their first dance.

Thank you both for being our friends and allowing us to be a part of this beautiful and wonderful celebration. I wish you every success and happiness in your journey together.
